Product was received in good order. However I received an email claiming that I have not made payment yet payment was made online via credit card. I thereafter provided proof that payment was made yet to this day I'm still getting emails from customer service whether or not payment was made. I was also offered a further 5% discount which till today I have not received. To conclude, terrible experience, will not recommend and not use again
