We believe that it is our duty to offer our customers the best possible quality available at the most inexpensive prices. We are so sure that you will be equally impressed with the quality of our products that we stand behind them completely.

If any manufacturing faults develop within this 12 month period simply return the product to us with proof of purchase and we will provide you with a replacement to your satisfaction. We will replace free of charge any items that are of a substandard quality within a 12 month period. This warranty covers all eyeglasses frames, lenses, sunglasses frames and lenses - every product sold by Vision Direct.

We particularly pride ourselves on the quality of our eyeglass lenses and coatings. Our eyeglasses lenses are made in the same factory's as Essilor and Hoya branded lenses and have been proven to be of the same quality. They are then shaped and fitted to your eyeglasses by our qualified optical dispensers before undergoing final quality control testing. Lens coatings are also covered by this 100% satisfaction guarantee.

When you receive your product should it not be in absolutely perfect condition please contact us immediately. We will happily refund any purchase where the product is damaged and where we cannot replace the damaged product. The product however needs to be returned to us within 14 days with proof of purchase.
