Note that all our designer eyewear originates from Italy where most top brands are made. With our strong international logistics centers we are able to service all our worldwide customers with the latest models at unbeatable prices. Because of our international locations delivery times are usually between 5 - 12 working days.

Express Shipping Service

We are pleased to inform you that for our Frame and Lens deals - eyeglasses, shipping time is 5-7 working days. This VERY FAST SERVICE ensures that you receive your new eyeglasses in the same amount of time as if you were purchasing your eyeglasses from your local optometrist - in some cases sooner. For Designer Eyeglasses (with prescription lenses) and Designer Sunglasses, shipping may be slightly longer. This may be because the product may be located in our US warehouse or on backorder from our suppliers (ie: delayed delivery). Please refer to delivery times below:

Frame and Lens Deals (with prescription lenses) 5-8 working days / Designer Eyeglasses (with prescription lenses) up to10-19* working days / Designer Sunglasses up to 5-18* working days.

Note that Transition lenses with 1.6 special index can take 5-7 working days extra. Prescription tinted lenses will also take an extra 1-3 working days.

*Please note that a delivery time of up to20 working days is unusual and we will generally contact you via email with updates regarding the shipping time of your order should your order fall into this category.

To ensure your order arrives quickly we deliver all products via secure registered express airmail. All our orders also have a tracking number to ensure that your package will arrive securely and not get lost during the process. Should there be any delay in shipment for any reason we will make a point of contacting you.

Shipping Rates

We provide an Express and Registered delivery service. This will ensure that you will receive your purchase in the safest and fastest possible way. The shipping rate for Australia and New Zealand is at the cost of $15.95 for the registered express service.

International Shipping

We are currently offering worldwide shipping at our basic discounted Australia and New Zealand rate of AUD $15.95 for the registered express international air mail service.The delivery time for international customers is approximately the same as that for Australian and New Zealand based customers.
